Return policy

All custom orders are none REFUNDABLE. Make sure it is tested by buyer before taking it to a body shop. All custom fenders might require some cutting or adjusting for a perfect fitment. Once product has been modified, worked on, or painted, we can not issue a replacement . If parts become damaged from shipping and handling, we require photos to submit a claim. Claim will take 2-8 weeks customer has to keep damage fenders for the time. When claim is accepted customer can get another set of fenders or get reimbursed for any repair made by their repair shop of choice. A quote from a shop will be required for reimbursement. Quote from shop should be sent to [email protected] for submitting. If Customer requires new set of Fenders, old Fenders must be sent back. Any Shipping will not be refunded & customer is responsible for any shipping expenses.

A $150 deposit is requested to hold your place and is none REFUNDABLE. Deposit will go towards the remaining balance. Customer can ask for a cancellation at any time, but will not get refunded for any payment already issued

Storage fees:
After order has been completed, we can hold the item for 3 weeks. Would be $20 a week moving forward.

Instructions before taking it to a shop

Be advised that all products might need some work done , they are not a bolt on if body shop advices of any removal of the primer it would expose the bare metal or Bondo/body filler if body shop requires for product to be stripped from primer and Bondo it would be the buyer expenses. Due to the material and processes used in production, products will not be a “direct bolt-on.” 4K custom products may need prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, and/or other body work.
